Our impartial, personal service means we can advise you on the pros and cons of the homes, their prices and the areas in which they are situated. If unfamiliar with your chosen area we will give you a Familiarisation Tour to give you first-hand knowledge.
Once we have found a home on which you wish to make an offer, we can assist you with the negotiations, ensuring that you purchase or rent your new home at an advantageous price. Our local knowledge of the market could save you thousands of pounds off the asking price, making our service cost-effective for you.
If purchasing we will also oversee the conveyancing process, keeping you informed at every step. We have links with well-recommended firms of conveyancers with whom we can put you in contact if you so wish.
Additionally there will be a dedicated client profile page available to you on our website, accessed only by you (and our administrator.) This will allow you to see what properties we have sourced for you and any developments in the process of your purchase or rental.
Once you have noted interest in a district, we will supply you with area information. According to your needs, we will provide information on local schools, transport, leisure facilities and any local groups or clubs that may be of importance to you.
