Corporate Packages
One Day searches:
- We contact your employee to gauge their property and location requirements.
- We register with our established contacts at estate/letting agents and our private contacts.
- We filter and sort through property details that we feel will suit your employee.
- We compile an itinerary of properties to view on our day out with your employee.
- We accompany your employee for the day showing them the properties available in their price range and chosen area and introduce the chosen locality.
- We negotiate on their chosen property and will advise on the tenancy agreement.
- We will be there at the move-in to ensure that the inventory has been correctly taken and manage the utility connections.
- We provide area information packs.
Two day searches:
Similar to a one day search but we will take your employee out for two days. This may include two different areas or just a wider range of properties in one chosen area (if the market can support this!)
Five day searches:
Similar to One and Two Day Searches but this may be a more beneficial package for employees wishing to purchase a property rather than rent...For purchases we will preview properties for your employee.
